Jump Start Program
Our Jump Start Program combines SEL andRP to give our struggling students a boost of support by teaching Self-Management; Communication Skills; Positive Character
Traits; and Alternative Responses to name a few.
Transformational Disciplinary System
Many students do not have the skills to change.
We combine RP and SEL to help students identify their root issue(s) causing the negative behavior so they can take responsibility for it. Then we can provide the necessary skills to fix the behavior. If harm was caused, we will give opportunity to repair that which was broken.
Broken Staff & Student Relationships
Our Lunch Chats take breaking bread together to another level! We use a “Talking Circle” to work out the issues for reconciliation and building positive relationships!
